SUPERVISION - INDIVIDUALS AND GROUPS
I offer supervision to trainee and qualified counselling and psychotherapy practitioners and those in related fields. Work tends to be supportive and reflective as we get to know one another, with the option to experiment with action methods and other creative practices (e.g. writing to inquire, use of embodied or symbolic practices to surface latent awareness) once our relationship is established, according to context and need.
I also offer group supervision, which gives a space to embodied and creative modes of inquiry for those looking to expand their repertoire for for reflecting on their practice while also learning from others.
Terms and fees for individual work are broadly as for psychotherapy. I am on the UKCP approved supervisor register, within HIPC, meaning I can support trainees in humanistic, person-centred, psychodynamic, and integrative modalities. For experienced practitioners seeking to enhance and extend their understanding and creative confidence, we may move into more creative and experimental modes of exploration.
CONSULTANCY AND COACHING
I work by arracgement with people in high performance settings, who are looking for consultancy or coaching to help them navigate complex situations where there are relational challenges. My involvement is particularly valuable in identifying and loosening 'knots' or modes of engagement that have become fixed or rigid, and where exploration and change is perceived as impossible or too risky.

WORKSHOPS AND CREATIVE PROCESSING FOR TEAMS AND ORGANISATIONS
Whether for professional or personal reasons, a professionally facilitated, confidential space can support groups of participants to :
I aim to create group environments that feel safe and enabling, where individual members can voice their experiences and hear others, where underlying needs and concerns can be recognised, and where deeper underlying dynamics can emerge and be worked with collaboratively.
Duration:
A one off workshop (half a day or a day) can bring insight and opportunities for participants to see and engage differently and is suited to team building, working with a specific theme or challenge or the establishment of new groups, as part of a broader offer.
Where a change process needs to occur, e.g. working a project through, I recommend 1 to 1h30m meetings at regular intervals (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) or by agreement.
